Test Custom Object Detector

Once you get the loss 1 or less than 1, you can terminate the training by pressing ctrl+c

Then, run below command after directing to object_detection folder to get the trained model,

python export_inference_graph.py --input_type image_tensor --pipeline_config_path training/ssd_mobilenet_v1_pets.config --trained_checkpoint_prefix training/model.ckpt-10587 --output_directory mac_n_cheese_inference_graph

Please note for trained_checkpoint_prefix you have to check whether you have three files in the training folder
output_directory will be created automatically by itself even if it’s not there.

If you get an error run below,

set PYTHONPATH=C:\D\SentDex\models-master\models-master\research;C:\D\SentDex\models-master\models-master\research\slim

Then, try our new model using below jupyter script as our first exercise,

import numpy as np
import os

import sys
import tarfile
import tensorflow as tf
